Barry & John Murphy Auctioneers is owned by Waterford brothers, Barry & John Murphy who have been successfully operating the estate agency business since 2005.

Since our inception in 2005 we have strived to bring a new level of excellence to the property market in the south east of Ireland.

Barry and John have extensive experience in the property sector. Barry has gained a wealth knowledge operating in the property market while John has an IPAV qualification in estate agency and auctioneering from the Waterford Institute of Technology and has also obtained a Higher Certificate in Science in Property Valuation & Management from the Limerick Institute of Technology.

In the face of adversity, our company continued to thrive and grow, this continued growth lead to the recruitment of local graduate Eoin Casey to our team.
